The Branding
From the outset, our client affectionately labelled the brand as H2H, a catchy moniker that steered our creative journey. The symmetrical H2H brand icon below serves as a sleek and timeless emblem for the brand. Our brand logotype, crafted from the classic Plantagenet font, received subtle adjustments to suit various brand applications. By thoughtfully arranging the brand name, graphics, and descriptors, we’ve moulded a unique brand identity that radiates sophistication across all marketing platforms and materials.

The Approach
Understanding our client’s business objectives and competitive landscape is paramount for project success. Initial market research in the personal concierge sector guided us in evaluating the market and defining the new entity’s positioning. Subsequently, through interviews and collaborative workshops, we identified our unique brand positioning and five target customer types. We then devised strategies to facilitate discovery based on customer segments and service offerings, integrating visual gateways. Finally, we leveraged our creativity to align the brand personality and style with the client’s distinct identity.
The Results
From the H2H Instagram templates to meticulously handcrafted marketing materials, the brand’s identity seamlessly infiltrates across a myriad of channels, establishing a distinctive presence within its category. Leveraging Webflow to optimize the client’s resources, the website encompasses six diverse user flows and twenty-two pages, strategically incorporating eleven keyword-rich pages to kickstart the client’s organic SEO content strategy.
