The Challenge
As Co-ECD at Anton & Partners, I was challenged with the task of designing and developing the branding and marketing for the new luxury development at 43 West 64th Street in Manhattan. The pre-war 12 story warehouse features 24 feet double-height ceilings and is just steps away from Lincoln Center and Central Park. A luxurious project and location that needed to be presented as the prestigious gem it would become for potential buyers.
